Music that connects: The Cool ElbStreicher at the Community Center Brackenheim
On Sunday, December 6, 2026, the Lions Club Güglingen-Zabergäu invites you to a special charity concert in Brackenheim. The Cool ElbStreicher from Hamburg bring their joyful playing, musical variety, and strong stage presence to the community center. The concert evening combines communal music-making with lived solidarity and creates space for encounters, emotions, and support just before Christmas.
Young energy meets orchestral sound colors
The Cool ElbStreicher represent an unusual children's and youth orchestra, where young musicians aged five to eighteen perform together on stage. Under the direction of Gesa Riedel and Wolfgang Barth, the ensemble develops its own arrangements that connect classical music, popular melodies, and various musical styles.
This results in a vibrant concert experience at the community center Brackenheim: string sounds meet precise synchronization, differentiated orchestration, and visible joy in communal music-making. The stage performance thrives on focused conducting, musical curiosity, and an energy that directly transfers to the audience.
A charity evening with special significance
The traditional concert of the Lions Club Güglingen-Zabergäu focuses not only on music but also on a good cause. The event stands for commitment, community, and the belief that cultural experiences can bring people together. The PaulaSTIFTUNG additionally supports the concert evening on the occasion of its tenth anniversary with a donation of 10,000 euros.
The audience mood promises to be festive and warm. Amid warm string colors, familiar musical motifs, and powerful ensemble passages, a live atmosphere unfolds that touches and invites participation.
Free admission and support through donations
Admission is free. Generous donations are requested to finance the charity concert. As the event is already in high demand, early planning is recommended. Remaining tickets will be offered at the box office according to the published information.
Conclusion: A concert evening that resonates
The charity concert of the Cool ElbStreicher promises an extraordinary interplay of musical quality, youthful joy of playing, and social engagement. Those who want to begin the second Advent with moving music and a good thought will experience an evening at the community center Brackenheim that resonates far beyond the last applause.
