Regional Cuisine for Cold January Days

Culinarily, Win(t)zerglühen also emphasizes diversity. Guests can look forward to red sausages from the Ermer butcher, homemade Flammkuchen from Ulf Barth in Marxzell in both classic and vegan versions, goulash soup from the Schaaf catering service, and steamed dumplings from Heike Schramm.

Winter Experience for the Whole Family

The Schaaf Winery creates a meeting place for multiple generations. Children can enjoy roasting bread over the fire, while adults enjoy the winter wine culture and the sense of community amidst the vineyards. The open atmosphere makes the event a relaxed outing with culinary highlights.

Festival Atmosphere Among Vines and Fire Pits

From 12:00 to 20:00, the winery at Rotenberg transforms into a winter delight destination. The Win(t)zerglühen demonstrates how vibrant the wine culture in HeilbronnerLand remains even in January.
