Become creative together and experience beautiful moments
The Creative Meeting for Seniors invites you to a cozy morning at the Diakonie Kreisdiakonieverband Heilbronn on January 14, 2027. From 09:30 to 11:30 am, joint crafting, personal conversations, and social participation will be the focus.
Joyfully creating Macramé Lanterns
During the event in January, decorative Macramé lanterns will be created. The creative work combines fine motor stimulation with relaxed community interaction. Step by step, participants will develop a personal piece that later creates a warm atmosphere in their own home.
Aging-appropriate, sociable, and without performance pressure
No prior knowledge is required. Volunteer support assists with the individual work steps and ensures a senior-friendly, appreciative environment. The focus is on doing things together, exchanging ideas, and well-being – not perfect craftsmanship.
Coffee, tea, and encounters
A cup of coffee or tea accompanies the morning. This creates space for conversations, new contacts, and familiar encounters. The Creative Meeting strengthens community, social participation, and a vibrant togetherness in the daily lives of older people.
Registration and further dates
For the appropriate amount of materials, prior registration is required at least a week before the respective date. Registration can be done by calling 07131-96440 or by emailing info@diakonie-heilbronn.de. The Creative Meeting is part of a series with changing themes such as Advent wreaths, paper stars, mosaic coasters, and decorative Easter eggs.
Conclusion: Create together and experience community
The Creative Meeting combines creative stimulation, personal encounters, and a relaxed atmosphere. Those who enjoy crafting, handiwork, and good conversations will experience a warm-hearted morning in Heilbronn with room for their own ideas and new acquaintances.
