Ukrainian Barbecue Culture, Music, and Solidarity in Wertwiesenpark
On Saturday, October 17, 2026, the Cossack Grill Fest Heilbronn invites you to a special day full of Ukrainian atmosphere in Wertwiesenpark. Culinary specialties, live music, and a family-friendly program combine enjoyment, encounters, and lived solidarity.
Ukrainian Cuisine and Shashlik from the Grill
On the festival grounds, aromatic shashlik from the grill, Ukrainian cuisine, drinks, and homemade pastries meet freshly roasted coffee from Freshcoffee. The culinary diversity makes the grill festival a culinary experience for families, friend groups, and anyone looking to discover new flavors.
Live Music and Program for the Whole Family
Live music and a musical program provide the right sound outdoors. Children and adults can expect a diverse festival day with entertainment, photo spots, and time spent together in nature. Wertwiesenpark offers an atmospheric backdrop along the Neckar with playgrounds and extensive recreation areas.
Helping Together: Donations for a Fire Truck
The Cossack Grill Fest combines festival atmosphere with a specific humanitarian goal. The organizers are collecting donations for a fire truck for Ukraine. According to the organizers, 100 percent of the proceeds from the event will go to this important project.
A Festival of Encounters in Wertwiesenpark
Amidst the smell of grilled food, music, and warm hospitality, a community feeling arises that makes Ukrainian culture visible and tangible. The festival grounds in Wertwiesenpark are located along the Neckar between Heilbronn's city center and Sontheim. The city of Heilbronn describes the approximately 15-hectare park as a popular place for leisure, walks, and events.
